Measurable:    The GM/PC will be able to access a site-specific management page where staff progress may be tracked. The employee’s level of success can be monitored throughout program.

Final Exam:      Each program has a final exam. 90% correct must be achieved for the employee to graduate.

Graduation Certificate:     Each program will issue a graduation certificate to the employee that has successfully completed the program.
