What is your per-user price?
WeTrainHotels.com provides full features to all subscribers. Included in your annual subscription is access to time and job cost entry, client, project and personnel reports as well as controlled access to features and custom options. Our base subscription cost is $500 per year (per property) plus $20 program for each user. An individual program may also be purchased at a cost of $50 per program per participant. See our purchase page to calculate your price, based on your number of users and use our 'price check' for a quick comparison in your own currency. All transactions will be billed in Canadian dollars.
What forms of payment do you except?
WeTrainHotels.com accepts Visa and MasterCard.
Do I have to pay sales tax on WeTrainhotels.com products?
It depends on where you live. If you are a US or International resident, you do not pay any sales tax. If you are a Canadian resident, you must pay GST.

If you have a credit card on file with us, you may update that information from within WetrainHotels.com. Simply go to Setup > Profile and near the bottom of the page, click on the "Payment Info" button to update your information.
How do I purchase extra users for my account?
You may add extra users to your account within WeTrainHotels from the Setup > Personnel page. Extra users are $20 Canadian per program per person. Can I switch to an annual subscription?
Yes, to take advantage of the substantial savings in accessing all programs through our yearly subscription, please send us an email or call us within 30 days of the original purchase to make the switch.
What is your return policy?
WeTrainHotels aims to provide an outstanding product, excellent customer service and responsive timely support. However, if you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase you may request a full refund.
