This is a complete program designed to promote great housekeeping. Developed with skilled
Housekeeping Teams, this program will become the foundation for building Best Practices in you
housekeeping department. A clean hotel is a welcoming environment for your guests. This program is also
a valuable aid in your quest to have the housekeeper understand how important they are in supporting the
guest service goal of the property… to exceed guest expectations.

Module 4: Final Exam
Key Learnings:
- A final version of the game show again tests knowledge. All questions include a de-brief so that you can be sure participants know the elements of “working safe” and working smart”.
